Cost Management

The Ascher Group Cost Management service provides a detailed assessment of procurement areas to reduce expenses. This service is designed to be a “done in one” by providing a one time assessment and correction to the non-core procurement system.

The following services are provided for each area:

	Discovery of current system costs, services, usage and assets.
	Design of a new procurement system taking into account non-coterminous assets and services.
	Planning of the new system through a bid, vendor evaluation and contract negotiation process.
	Implementation of newly designed system and layout of future steps that will need to be accomplished either by the client themselves or through another optimization process.
