Revolutionary patented processes? No, not really. It is the same TQM process that many organizations follow for core purchases. The difference? Most organizations have an extensive knowledge for their core purchases but lack any knowledge of third tier purchases outside of negotiating contracts once every 3 to 5 years. The Ascher Group has over 10 years experience analyzing , selecting and negotiating these purchases. Just as much as time and effort a typical organization puts into core purchases, the Ascher Group puts into third tier procurement Program Overview: The Ascher Group has developed two major programs from our client's feedback. Both programs center on re-designing the procurement processes for the third tier and creating cost savings. The Ascher Group Cost Management service provides a detailed assessment of procurement areas to reduce expenses. This service is designed to be a “done in one” by providing a one time assessment and correction to the non-core procurement system. The Ascher Group Expense Control service provides a continuing level of support to ensure savings over the life of a Procurement Management system. Very few clients have the luxury of knowing exactly when expansions will be occurring at the inception of a system. As such the optimization and management process continues throughout the life of asset and service contracts. Expense Control adds the services of the Cost Management by providing the same level of support throughout the Document Management System life cycle while adding common management functions such as contract and invoice management.
