About the Ascher Group The Ascher Group HistoryThe Ascher Group was originally born from a dedicated team of analysts and account managers within the Facilities Management Industry. The desire was to create a group that would concentrate on costs savings for clients rather than exorbitant profits for the vendor. Kind of a "using our talents for good rather than evil" idea. Although, we originally came up with the idea in 1999 it wasn't until 2002 that the idea came to fruition in the Ascher Group. So where did the Ascher in Ascher Group come from? That is a pretty common questions for us. Ascher is a family name for Mr. Frankel and his son’s middle name. The name Ascher means lucky or fortunate, both of which we were planning for when we started the company in 2002. Our Founder

Ascher Group was founded in July of 2002 by Bill Frankel.
With over 10 years experience in Document Management through his
experiences with OfficeMax, Corporate Express, Boise Office Solutions, and IKON
Management Services, Mr. Frankel bring an unparalleled level of systems
knowledge. Unique to other industry
consultants is Mr. Frankel’s experience as a sales rep, analyst and purchasing
agent. In his capacity as Senior
Analyst for IKON Management Services, he was responsible for Document Management
systems design, vendor selection, implementation and on-going system management.
Additionally, Mr. Frankel was responsible for designing and implementing
the Document Management analysis for IKON Management Services nationwide and
aiding in the analysis system for copy, fax, print and facilities management. |
